29/08/2023 - Knife Defense Seminar
FTS students who attaned the Blood Knife seminar we conducted last week.
Working with the brilliant specialist IKMF training knives bringing a massive sense of realism to the session. Everyone really enjoyed it, had fun and learned new skills.

24/04/2023 - Women Only Training Session
FTS will be running a womens training session on 7th May. 10am - 12pm, at Frodsham Community Centre.
It's a workshop for the women training at FTS or those who have trained previously, for everyone to meet up and learn some new things.
Looking at training gear for women, training drills, tips to build confidence and aggression.
Cost is £15, if you're interested please let your instructors know. 👊💥
