FTS KRAV MAGA

From The Source (FTS) Krav Maga is a professional IKMF-affiliated Krav Maga club with locations across north-west England (Cheshire and Greater Manchester) and north-east Wales (Flintshire). All instructors are IKMF-certified Civilian Instructors, regularly receiving updates directly from the IKMF.

The International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) is the original and most veteran Krav Maga organisation. Deployed and active in over 70 countries worldwide, the IKMF declares its main goal to distribute the craft of Krav Maga to all sectors of society, always maintaining a strong sense of family and close ties between its international members. The IKMF is led by chairman and head instructor Avi Moyal and represented by the highest ranking Krav Maga experts in the world, known as the Global Instructor Team (GIT).

FTS Krav Maga aims to provide effective self defence training, as the founder of Krav Maga Imi Lichtenfeld said, "so that one may walk in peace". We teach strikes and fighting tactics, and cover defences against strikes, grabs, holds, attacks on the ground, multiple attackers and threats and attacks with weapons (knife, stick, and guns).

Everyone is welcome to train at FTS and we have a diverse range of members who all support and respect each other like a family. Chris and his instructor team are IKMF-certified Civillian Instructors. They have regular training and updates with the Global Instructor Team from the IKMF, who pass their knowledge and experience directly from Imi.
